Swimming With Dolphins
Posted 2/20/2013 12:17:00 PM

Greetings Citizens!

Last week I went on a cruise that traveled through the Carribean.  While we were docked at Curacao I went to the Sea Aquarium Park and swam with the dolphins.  What an incredible experience!!!  I wanted to share the photos with you.

Cheers,

Pierre

That must have been AMAZING, Pierre!!! Always wanted to but concerned about how they are treated and were trained - was there any way to check? That was the experience we were looking for at the MMR*B*Q this weekend but not quite what we got in the end. I blogged elsewhere about how the moshers ruined our time and we ended up leaving before getting to see Soundgarden - not much sympathy (not any actually) received in response. I'm not looking to mess with anyone else's good time but don't care to have them mess up mine in return. Couldn't they have moshed somewhere other than front & center of the Lawn - it's not like they were watching (or lisening? but they could have heard from anywhere). ANYhow, glad you had a great time with the dolphins and at SBC - at least I got a picture next to Minerva!

Pierre's Interviews:

So cool - I got to interview all the guys from Alice In Chains this past Thursday in studio before they rocked the MMRBQ. Check it out!

Greetings Citizens,

In February of 1998 I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray Manzarek.  We discussed the stamps of The Doors that were just released and I asked him about The Doors movie, directed by Oliver Stone.  We are deeply saddened by Ray's passing but the music will always live on!

Cheers,

Pierre

Thursday afternoon, I had the chance to speak with the lead vocalist of one of my favorite bands, RIVAL SONS. They just released their 3rd album in the USA (March 19th) called Head Down. It's an amazing record. Jay and I discussed many a topic in the hour we conversed. We talked about the new record, Rock N Roll, Snowboarding, Touring, and a whole lot more. I really enjoyed our conversation and I hope you do as well. Get more information about Rival Sons at Their Facebook Page, HERE. Or, go to their website, HERE. And, don't forget to follow Rival Sons on Twitter. Thank you so much for listening,

Markus In The Darkus
