BAMBAM CINDERELLA JAM

Posted 4/17/2010 3:10:00 AM
April 9th, 2010,  marked my 1 yr. Anniversary as a Full Time Vampire at WMMR. So we decided to throw a party with some good friends. 2,000 WMMR Listeners crammed into the Factory with my 'ol pals CINDERELLA!!! Like it say's in Phila Magazine: "If there were any justice in this world. Tom Keifer and CINDERELLA would be to Philadelphia what Jon Bon Jovi is to Jersey..." . It was so nice Tom Keifer, Eric Brittingham,Jeff Labar and Fred Coury all original members in CINDERELLA  decided to do a show for me and come home, it's been awhile. Everyone from the Rock Dogs in The Galaxy in Somerdale NJ, The Empire Rock Room on Roosevelt Blvd in the Great North East, and also some Bonnies Roxx in Atco, all showed up to welcome CINDERELLA back home and enjoy a Cinder fix the way we used to get it . Tom's voice was on point as they rocked ...

Pierre chats with Papa Roach lead singer Jacoby Shaddix.  The organization he mentions that Papa Roach is working with to feed the hungry is called Why Hunger.  Their website is WhyHunger.org and you can call them at 1-866-3-Hungry.
Mikko Siren, the drummer of Apocalyptica, called the MMR Studios to talk about their new CD, 7th Symphony as well as their show at The Electric Factory on Saturday Night. Not only did we discuss the new record and tour, we talked about choosing singers to do guest vocals, playing Europe, expensive cellos, Sonisphere in Pori and more. The new CD is excellent and includes Gavin Rossdale and Brent Smith doing vocals as well as Dave Lombardo playing drums. More info at their website: http://www.apocalyptica.com/us/home

Thanks for listening. Enjoy,
