Marilyn Manson will return to North American stages this winter, as Manson and his band kick off a tour on January 18th in Milwaukee, wrapping up on February 23rd in Las Vegas. Manson's run comes on the heels of his recent nomination for a Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance for his track "No Reflection." The track is taken from his latest album, Born Villain, which arrived earlier this year.

In other tour news, Los Angeles' The Airborne Toxic Event has confirmed new spring tour dates that will kick off on March 30th in San Diego, with shows booked through April 11th in San Francisco. These dates are the band's first since they began recording their as-yet-untitled third full-length album. A ticket pre sale for these new dates is already underway, with public sales beginning this weekend.
- The group has nearly finished recording its new disc, which is due out in the spring of 2013 and will follow up 2011's All At Once.

Fertile Green wrote: "Manson's live performances have been spotty for a while now. I saw him in '09 and it was pretty weak. There were a few highlights, but otherwise Manson was vocally weak, the props were cheap, some roadie followed him around with an annoying light on stage, he constantly spat water on the crowd, and the set was pretty short considering he was the headliner."
