Jack Osbourne is a married man. It's been an eventful year for the former reality star, who welcomed his daughter Pearl in April and then was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in June.

On Sunday (October 7th), Jack added a happy milestone to 2012, tying the knot with Pearl's mom Lisa Stelly in Hawaii. The two have been dating since April of 2011.

• A source told Us Weekly that Stelly is committed to helping Jack as he battles multiple sclerosis. One insider noted, "Lisa makes sure he's healthy -- eating right and exercising. They love staying active as a family."
