Today, Billy Duffy, guitarist of The Cult called WMMR to talk about their new record, the upcoming tour and a whole lot more. Their new CD, Choice Of Weapon, drops on May 22nd and they will be at The Electric Factory Rockin' Philly on June 10th with Icarus Line and Against Me as the opening acts. Today, David Florig, the Executive Director of WePac was in to discuss the library situation in the Philadelphia School System. Right now there are only 12 state paid libraries open at elementary schools in Philly, 28 over all. There are 150 schools in Philly.
