ABOUT THE EVENT

Reprise Records’ multi-platinum Grammy®Award-winning Green Day today announced they would return to the road in 2013 and revealed the routing for their upcoming tour, which includes a tour stop in Philadelphia on Wednesday, April 3 at The Liacouras Center.

“We want to thank everyone for hanging in with us for the last few months,” said the members of Green Day. “We are very excited to hit the road and see all of you again, though we regret having to cancel more shows.”

Frontman Billie Joe Armstrong said, “Dear friends… I just want to thank you all for the love and support you’ve shown for the past few months. Believe me, it hasn’t gone unnoticed and I’m eternally grateful to have such an amazing set of friends and family. I’m getting better everyday. So now, without further ado, the show must go on. We can’t wait to get on the road and live out load! Our passion has only grown stronger.”

Tickets for shows that had been postponed will be honored at these new dates. Should you have any questions regarding your tickets, please contact your point of purchase.  Additional west coast dates will be announced in early 2013.

    The Liacouras Center Arena is located in North Philadelphia on the corner of Cecil B. Moore and N. Broad Street in North Philadelphia, PA, about a mile and a half north of city hall. The venue has a 1200 space indoor parking garage attached to the facility (At Cecil B. Moore and North 15th Street), and parking lots located throughout the main campus. Parking is $12.
    Parking lots and garage open two hours before the event's scheduled time.

    No consumption of alcohol will be allowed in the Arena parking lots.
  • Directions: From I-95 North or South Take I-95 to Callowhill Street exit. At the light, make a sharp right onto Callowhill Street. Follow Callowhill to Broad Street, turn right. Proceed northbound on Broad Street approximately 3 miles. The Liacouras Center will be on your left. (For access to the parking garage, go past the arena on Broad Street to Norris Street. Make a left onto Norris Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Go past one light and the parking garage will be on the right)
