New Linkin Park Album “The Hunting Party” Set For June 17th Release

BEVERLY HILLS, CA - MARCH 21: (L-R) Chester Bennington, Brad Delson, Joe Hahn and Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park attend An Evening of Environmental Excellence presented by the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability on March 21, 2014 in Beverly Hills, California.
Nearly a month after the release of their single “Guilty All The Same”, Linkin Park has announced that their new album The Hunting Party will be coming out June 17th.

In an exclusive with Noisey.com (which also features THP’s album art), Mike Shinoda cites that while the band finally landed on an album name, many of the albums tracks don’t have titles yet, because, “Naming sh*t is difficult for us.”

Hey, you can’t fault the guy for being honest.

The new album will come out well in advance of Linkin Park’s mega-tour with 30 Seconds To Mars and AFI, which begins August 8th in West Palm Beach, Florida.  So when they play new material and you don’t know the words, you only have yourself to blame!
