United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Philadelphia & Vicinity invites beer-loving and adventure-seeking Philadelphians to rally around its cause and come out to support the local nonprofit in its inaugural Sips n’ Sites Scavenger Hunt presented by the UCP Young Leadership Board.
Kicking off with a select open bar, groups will gather at Philadelphia Bar & Restaurant before kicking off the hunt at 6:30 p.m. Then, in groups of two to six, participants will scour the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia in a scavenger hunt that will test their knowledge of the city’s most historic and celebrated sites. The event will commence with the crowning of the first-ever UCP Scavenger Hunt Winner and post-race festivities that will include a silent auction, raffles, snacks and drinks.
The cost to participate is $25 per person, and all proceeds will benefit the local UCP chapter.
United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Philadelphia & Vicinity educates, advocates and provides support services to ensure a life without limits for people with a spectrum of disabilities. UCP works to help children and adults with disabilities live as independently as possible, while providing families with the information and tools needed to support loved ones in the community.
