Entry Fee: $150 per golfer and includes green fees, cart, boxed lunch, on course beverages, and dinner. Tickets for just the dinner are $50. CLICK HERE to register or CLICK HERE to print and mail in the registration form. Mailing address is listed on the form.
Format: Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams. If you do not have a team, we will arrange one for you. Gross and net prizes will be awarded.
All proceeds are to benefit the Fox Children's Fund.
