On December 9, 2011 Michael Taylor and Mark McNeill were hit by a driver who was under the influence and eluding the police. Michael was killed instantly. Mark had a spark of life left when the EMT's arrive and was transported to Crozer Chester medical center. Mark was given numerous pints of blood but had to be taken off life support and died on December 10, 2011. Michael would have turned 16 March 8, 2012 and Mark would have turned 16 July 20, 2012.
In honor of both boys we put together a blood drive and hope to make it an annual event. The drive will be on Mark's birthday July 20th from 2-7 PM at the Collingdale Community Center 800 MacDade Boulevard,Collingdale Pa 19023.
