How to Enter for a Chance to Win
From March 8, 2010 through March 15, 2010, listen to WMMR for rock band “Match-ups.” A Match Up consists of 4 total songs (2 songs from 2 different bands, one at a time from each, alternating). WMMR will air Match-ups at the beginning of each hour weekdays during the contest period, according to the following schedule:
11am to 9pm on Monday, March 8th through Thursday, March 11th
11am to 10pm on Friday, March 12th;
11am to 5pm on Monday, March 15th.

Listeners will have 2 ways to enter:
1)To enter the sweepstakes via Text Message: Listeners must enter the Voting Key Word for the band they want to vote for during a featured Match-Up, and send it as a text message to the short code “39333” (Listen to WMMR during the contest period for the voting key word to use to vote by text for your preferred band ). Entrants must submit the correct Voting Key Word to be eligible for the prize drawing. Entrants’ wireless carriers may apply message and data rates to the Text Entry and to any other text message(s) sent and received in connection with the Sweepstakes. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on messaging and data rate plans and charges relating to participation in this Sweepstakes.
2)To enter the sweepstakes via the internet: Log on to WMMR.com and click on “Contests”. Select the contest page for MMaRch Madness and complete the online entry form (including, without limitation, your name, phone number, mailing address, birth date, and email address).
One entry (total) per person per Match-Up, regardless of entry method.
Online listeners to the Station web stream may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to the station’s over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in this contest
Text and online entries will be accepted from the beginning of the 1st song played through the end of the last song played in each match up. Each person who submits a valid text or online entry during the contest period will be entered into a random drawing for one of the Prizes. WMMR is not responsible for entries that are excluded due to operator error (for example, if the texter spells the keyword wrong, it will not count) or technical failure.
Winners will be selected on or about March 15, 2010 by random drawing from all entries received during the contest period, and will be notified by phone or mail.
Prize
Grand Prize: a Honda CMX 250 Sport Bike from Mike’s Famous Planet Powersports (located on Route 202 in Chadds Ford, PA). Winner is encouraged to pick up Sport Bike at Mike’s on March 20, 2010 during the WMMR appearance being held that day from noon to 2pm, but otherwise must take possession no later than April 30, 2010. Taxes, registration, title, insurance and any other expenses associated with owning and operating the motorcycle are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. WMMR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winners must claim their prizes in person at the WMMR offices within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited. Grand Prize must be picked up at Mike’s Famous Planet Powersports, 99 Wilmington-Concord Pike, Chadds Ford, PA 19317, after completing paperwork at WMMR offices.
Eligibility
All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, living or working in WMMR’s total survey area (as defined by Arbitron). Winners will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a WMMR contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days.  Winners will also be disqualified if they or a member of their household have won a GREATER MEDIA PHILADELPHIA (WMMR/WMGK/WBEN/WNUW/WPEN) prize valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or greater in the past 365 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media Philadelphia, its affiliates (including the stations listed above), promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with WMMR or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in WMMR’s metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by WMMR. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” Void where prohibited.
Release
By participating, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, WMMR, Greater Boston Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing WMMR and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize. This Form must be completed by winners at the WMMR offices during normal business hours, and photo ID must be presented at the time of completion.

Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for WMMR and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.
Taxes
WMMR will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to WMMR for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.
General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant or on a contestant’s behalf, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. 1.To Enter: This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (EST) on March 12, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) on March 17, 2010. Access the WMMR-FM website at www.wmmr.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter online. Additionally, one may enter at any of the locations listed below during the event hours listed with each location during this promotional timeframe by filling out the entry form on-site. One entry per person (total) during the promotional timeframe, whether online or on-site. Multiple entries will automatically result in disqualification. Facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned.

2.Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded by drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will receive a trip for two to Paris, France, for 5 days/4 nights, departing Philadelphia International Airport on September 16, 2010 and returning September 21, 2010. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare, hotel accommodations for two based on double occupancy and a pair of tickets to a rock concert at the Stade de France on September 18, 2010. Trip dates are non-negotiable. Travel must be completed on the dates set above. Both travelers must travel on the same itinerary. Prize includes only those items specifically listed above, and does not include, among other things, ground transportation, gratuities, meals, or alcoholic beverages. Approximate retail value of prize is $3,600.00.

Winner Determination: Winner will be determined on March 18, 2010 by WMMR-FM whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified on March 18, 2010, and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within five (5) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at sponsor's sole discretion. If winner cannot be located or does not respond within five (5) days, prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at sponsor's sole discretion. Trip winner and winner’s guest must sign and return a liability/publicity release form prior to travel. Winner and guest must possess a valid Passport. 3.Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to residents of the Philadelphia, PA metro survey area (MSA) (as defined by Arbitron) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry except where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the following entities and members of their families or households are not eligible for participation under any circumstances: DIAGEO – Guinness USA, Inc., and its respective affiliates, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, alcohol beverage suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors or retailers and WMMR-FM Greater Boston Radio, and their respective affiliates. 4. General Conditions: No substitution of prize or cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Cash equivalent may be less than the approximate retail value of the prize. Prize is non-transferable except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are winner’s sole responsibility. By accepting the prize, winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said prize. Trip winner’s guest be also be 21 years of age or older and must travel on the same itinerary. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the Philadelphia International Airport. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any criminal records of the prize winner and guest. To the extent necessary and permitted by law, prize winner and guest shall authorize this background check.
