Contest Rules
Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. WMMR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Unless otherwise stated in the specific contest rules, any prize won will not be mailed under any circumstances and winners must claim their prizes in person at the WMMR offices, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30am to 5:45pm (excluding holidays and the day before or after a holiday) within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the stated period will be forfeited.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific contest rules, all entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States residing in WMMR’s terrestrial listening area. A winner will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a WMMR contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days.

Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media Philadelphia, its affiliates and radio stations, promotional sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with WMMR or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in WMMR’s ADI (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by WMMR. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including "in-laws." One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant. No purchase or other consideration is necessary to participate. Void where prohibited.
Winners agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, WMMR, Greater Boston Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing WMMR and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.
WMMR undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, death, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at or participation in any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s). Cash prizes may be fulfilled via company check, or an alternate form of payment (i.e. Gift Cards from a credit card provider). WMMR is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed. WMMR is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest.
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for WMMR and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, any audio/video portion of the participant’s entry, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.
WMMR will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to WMMR for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.
All contest entries will become the property of Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. Winner qualification is subject to FULL phone call completion, and the verification of the caller’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number and social security number, all of which must be provided prior to completion of the call. Contest calls will not be accepted at any other number.
For WMMR (39333) texting contexts in which the listener must be a certain number texter to win (e.g., the 100th person to text in), unless otherwise noted, the correct texter must answer their mobile phone when called or another winner will be selected. For all texting contests, standard texting charges by your mobile phone carrier will apply.
Only the specific Song of the Day, when played in its entirety from beginning to end, will be used to solicit contest calls. Snippets of songs played for advertising or promotional purposes and music beds that contain music from the Song of the Day WILL NOT count. Listeners should try to be the Xth caller at 215-263-WMMR (9667) as soon as they hear the Song of the Day begin to play. (If a listener accidentally calls when a song snippet or music bed is played, s/he will simply be informed of the error.)

How to Enter for a Chance to Win:

The first Randomly selected caller to correctly identify the “Word of the Week” created by each of that week’s “Daily Letters” will be the winner of that week’s prize.

How to Enter and Win
Listeners will have the opportunity to enter by visiting WMMR.com’s Home Page at different times throughout the year. Listen to 93.3 WMMR or visit our website at www.wmmr.com for details. Each entrant may submit up to 10 digital photos of themselves per contest by emailing them to Hottie@wmmr.com or by going to WMMR.com and clicking on the appropriate link. Deadlines for submissions will be announced during weekday mornings on the Preston & Steve Show, or call 610-771-0933 and ask for someone in MMR Promotions for details. All entries must be received by the stated deadline. If chosen as a contestant, the entrant will become eligible for their picture(s) to be voted upon at WMMR.com. WMMR Judges will determine the winner in conjunction with the votes cast. By entering the contest, you grant WMMR a perpetual, royalty-free license to post your photo online and to use it for promotional purposes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WMMR reserves the right to reject photos in its sole discretion. All submissions should be in good taste and may not depict actual or simulated sexual acts. Photos displaying full or partial nudity, “crotch” shots, or any image that focuses on the pelvic area will be rejected.
Prize
1st Place: $1,000 (total) in prizes and gift certificates from Steven Singer Jewelers, a photo shoot and other prizes that are added each time a new category is announced. Travel must occur on the specified dates, winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, and the prize includes only those elements specifically listed as included. How to Enter and Win
WMMR Listeners will have the opportunity to enter at area bars/restaurants listed on the Sam On Tap page at www.wmmr.com (http://www.wmmr.com/lifestyle/sam-adams) starting July 5, 2010 through August 15, 2010. Dates and locations subject to change (must be at least 21 to participate). At each location, participants may enter the contest during that location’s normal business hours only by completing and submitting an official Entry Form on site. Entry forms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm on August 15, 2010.
Limit one entry per person, per participating location (an entrant may enter only one time at each participating location); multiple entries at one location will result in disqualification. Entry Form must be completed in full, including but not limited to Name, Email Address, Home Address (including City, State, and Zip), day time Phone Number, Date of Birth, Date of Entry Completion, Location at which entering. All entries will become the property of WMMR and will not be acknowledged or returned.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, on or about August 16, 2010. Initial winner will be notified by phone call to the phone number listed on the Entry Form, and must confirm notification within 72 hours or s/he will be disqualified and a new winner selected.
Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: A beer Kegerator and 1 half-keg of Sam Adams beer. Exact make and model Kegerator to be determined by WMMR. Kegerator must be picked up at WMMR (One Bala Plaza, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004) during normal business hours (10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays) within 30 days of being notified as the winner. Half-keg of Sam Adams beer can be picked up at the closest geographical Pennsylvania beer distributor to the winner’s entered Home Address on an agreed upon date and time after winner notification, as instructed by WMMR Representative.
ERV: $500.00.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. WMMR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winner may not request prize substitution. Prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winner must claim prize in person at the WMMR offices within 30 days after the end of the contest. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” Void where prohibited.
Release
By participating, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, WMMR, Greater Boston Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winner will be required to sign a form releasing WMMR and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize. Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant or on a contestant’s behalf, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. How to Enter for a Chance to Win
Contest runs from June 12, 2010 through August 30, 2010. All entries must be received by 11:59pm (ET) on August 29, 2010 to be eligible for a prize drawing. To enter, visit the website of any Greater Media Philadelphia radio station (www.ilikebenfm.com; www.wmgk.com; www.wmmr.com; www.975thefanatic.com) and either go to the Contests page or click on the box below the Texas Hold’em game to complete the online registration form and submit an entry You do not need to play the Texas Hold’ Em Game in order to enter. Playing the Game does not constitute an entry. Must be 21 to play and to enter. Contestants may enter as many times and on as many station websites as they like, but only one entry per person will be considered in each drawing. Individuals and households are only eligible to receive one (1) total prize during the entire contest period.
Each week during the contest period, each Greater Media Philadelphia radio station will randomly select a weekly winner from all entries received to date through the station website, for a total of four (4) winners each week. A selected winner will be disqualified if s/he has already won a prize for this contest from any Greater Media Philadelphia radio station.
All contest entries will become the property of Greater Media Philadelphia (Station) and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Prize
Thirty-six (36) total prizes will be awarded during the 8 week contest period. Thirty-two (32) of the prizes will be given away weekly, one per week per radio station, and the final 4 prizes will be given away as the grand prize at the conclusion of the contest (one per station). Weekly prizes will be awarded on eight consecutive Thursdays during the contest period. The Grand Prizes will be awarded on the final Friday of the contest period. Consumer prize: One grand prize-winner will receive a $50 gift card to In The Knick of Time gift shop and a PATCO Freedom Card containing $10.80 value. Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Gift card must be used by 3/31/12. Prize is valued at $60.80.
